Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the design and management of a range of civil, structural, and temporary works projects, ranging from small extensions and alterations to residential properties to design management on multi-million-pound infrastructure and nuclear installations.

As a Chartered Structural Engineer with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Andrew is well placed to be able to provide you with the design solutions that you need, in the timescale that you want.

Elizabeth started working at Barnard Engineering in 2017 to help Andrew keep up with increased administration demand. Soon after becoming company director, Elizabeth is now the go-to person for everything that isn’t engineering.

McHugh

Julie joined the company as an administrator at the beginning of 2021 and has been an incredible asset in organising the ever-growing amount of work that’s being required of the engineers.

She has a huge amount of skills and experience to help the work flow smoothly.
